ARIA: The Vital Link

The Vital Link includes a brief history of the Advanced Range Instrumentation Aircraft program and a review of the ARIA capabilities and procedures.
The black and white target painted on the aircraft forward of the wing was used as a target for the ARIA A-LOTS program.
The ARIA A-LOTS aircraft would take high speed photographs of the target aircraft at a distance of 100 miles on 70mm film.
